Join me for an ONLINE breath workshop to align with the energy of the FALL EQUINOX. 

This time of year brings with it a turning of the energy from the yang to the yin, from the outside back in. Just as the last of the harvests are being gathered, we are gathering our harvest of lessons and reflections as we enter the final quarter of the year.

Summoning the element of Water, we will focus on energetic release, as well as deep integration, to reveal our radiance from within. In this ceremony we will turn on our Light and dare to dive into the depths of our intuition and self love as we ride the waves. Through breath practices, we will cleanse and clear and cultivate a powerful feng shui in body and mind!

The highlight will be the breath practices, but you can also expect mantra, mudra, & movement for a well-rounded ceremony.
