Join me for a special in-person Breathwork class at Chico Holistic Wellness Center on Wednesday 4/26/23 from 5:30-6:30pm!

Explore how the magick of your breath can support you in your healing journey! 

Where would we be without the breath? Breath is LIFE. When we breathe with focus and intention, we become the Magician of moving vital energy - PRANA - through our bodies and minds. 

This class will mostly be laying down or seated as we work with breathwork practices to detox and strengthen the lungs, move stagnant energy, and refresh every cell.

No prior experience necessary - come as you are!

As we will be practicing dynamic breathwork, please leave at least 2 hours to digest any food prior to the class
