SPRING REBIRTH: BREATHWORK & YOGA NIDRA | Monday 3/18 @ 5:30-7pm

Join myself and Cheri Neal at Chico Holistic Wellness Center for a special Breathwork & Yoga Nidra offering to ring in the SPRING EQUINOX. 

Spring is a time of rebirth and reawakening as we witness the magic of new life springing up everywhere. As this day marks an equal amount of day and night, with increasing sunlight thereafter, it is a potent steadying point on the wheel of the year.

Balance your energy, strengthen your container, and set the stage in your body and mind for growth and prosperity. The first half of our session will be Breathwork led by me, and the second half will be deeply integrating Yoga Nidra led by the amazing Cheri Neal.

No prior experience necessary - all levels are welcome!
